Subscription and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid UsUniMatch subscriptions. Current prices are on the pricing page.

No refunds

Paid subscription fees are not refunded. Your purchase is access to Pro features for the plan period you selected; whether you use the service does not create a refund right.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops charges at the next renewal. After you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for; partial or full refunds for that period are not available.

Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically on the interval you choose (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual). When billing is fully live, you can turn off renewal from account settings.

Abuse

Accounts that violate the terms of use or abuse the service may be suspended or terminated; there is still no refund for any period already paid.

If mandatory consumer law in your country provides a different refund right, only those provisions apply.
